Terms of Service
Transparent, fair, and legally binding. Below you will find the framework governing the use of our services and platform.
Agreement Preamble
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website and the mobile application operated by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to all contracts concluded via our online service between Your Company Ltd. (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer").
Deviating conditions of the Customer shall not be recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of services on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Open Account" button, you place a binding order for the services listed.
The contract is only concluded upon the submission of a declaration of acceptance by the Provider, which will be sent via a separate confirmation email (Order Confirmation).
Scope of Services
The Provider grants the Customer access to a platform for trading financial instruments. The exact scope of services is determined by the service description current at the time of the order.
The Provider is entitled to modify or expand the services, provided this is reasonable for the Customer or required by statutory regulations. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Payment Terms
The use of basic services is generally free of charge. For premium services, the prices stated at the time of the conclusion of the contract apply. All prices are inclusive of the applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT).
Payment can be made via credit card, direct debit, or bank transfer. The Provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the Provider shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
The above limitations of liability do not apply to injury to life, body, or health, or in the event of defects after the assumption of a guarantee.
Risk Disclosure
Trading in financial instruments involves significant risks and may result in the loss of your invested capital. You should not invest more than you can afford to lose and should ensure that you fully understand the risks involved.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Provider does not offer investment advice.
